Homework Hub – a support program currently runs for Years 7 to 9 students. Students meet at the Resource Centre every Monday afternoon from 3 to 4pm to seek support from school teaching staff who volunteer their time to assist students. Teachers support students with subject understandings, homework and with assignment preparation. Students also enjoy the chance to work together with their peers in informal study groups. Homework Hub does not run on the first nor last Monday of term.
DIAL (Drop In and Learn) - a lunch time program available in both AM and PM breaks, on all school days. Held in HE01, it is manned by staff to assist all students with any outstanding school work, homework, tutoring, assessments. It is also a quiet place where students can enjoy a chill-out zone. Before or after school tutoring can be arranged on request.
Maths Tutoring – our Maths teachers run tutoring sessions, on request, for any students who are seeking further help with their Maths skills.
Learning Assistance – our Learning Assistance programs are devised early each year to meet the needs of our new students. We work closely with our local primary schools to gain information related to the learning progress of our future students.
