Study Tours
Where lifelong friendships are made!
Centenary State High School in the lovely leafy suburb located 12km south-west of Brisbane. Our school prides itself of having a long-standing history of high-quality study tours. Every study tour is always welcomed with much enthusiasm plus excitement and ends with tears as we farewell our study tour groups.
We have facilitated study tours from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea in recent years. Our study tours are generally two-week tours. In every study tour, our International visitors are assigned buddies to every student. Buddies apply through an application process where the International Support Team select suitable candidates for a Study Tour buddy position.
Our International visitors are emerged into everyday life at Centenary into various faculties areas from the Arts, Science, Virtual Reality, Hospitality, Sports and recreation, and Manual Arts and of course English tutorials. We look forward to learning as much from our visitors as they do by experiencing Australian life.
Our community is involved in the study tours by providing homestay placements.
Bookings for study tours must be made through Education Queensland International External link.
