Centenary State High School is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers Vocational Education and Training (VET) services. We are recognised as providing quality-assured, nationally recognised training and qualifications by offering a variety of Certificates at Levels I and II. As the RTO, these courses are internally moderated and students have the right to appeal (PDF, 97KB) qualification results. Courses offered by Centenary SHS include Transition to Senior Phase (PDF, 8KB), Program for students connected to Inclusive Practices (IP) (PDF, 6KB) and Industry Specific skills-based (PDF, 183KB) courses.
All students will be required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). There is no cost to register for a USI. Registration must be made on the Australian Government USI website. Once registration is complete, USI information must be supplied to the school to enable VET enrolment.
Centenary SHS also has arrangements with external RTOs offering Certificates at Levels III, IV and Diploma that develop 21st century skillsets required for our future workforce.
Qualifications and training provide credit toward the Queensland Certificate of Education and develop the employability skills that lead to employment.
