Parents/carers must fully complete all sections of the 2025 Enrolment Application, 2025 Enrolment Agreements and the applicable 2025 Third Party Website Consent for your student's year level.
Please refer to the documents in the column to the right, for further enrolment documents and detailed information booklets.
Please note – a non-refundable processing fee of $20.00 applies for ALL out of catchment enrolment applications. This fee is in addition to the $280.00 SRS fee which will be required to be paid upon acceptance into Centenary State High School.
Students who commence at Centenary SHS during the 2025 school year will be charged a reduced SRS fee upon enrolment being accepted and payment is required at this time.
Additional Information for Parents/Carers to Retain
Parents/carers will need to familiarise themselves with our Student Dress Code and the Student Resource Scheme. For further information regarding the Student Resource Scheme, please review the information found on the Resource Scheme page.

All students who have been accepted to attend Centenary State High School must purchase a school uniform before commencing at Centenary State High School from our Uniform Shop.
