2021 Enrolment Forms Due
Please remember to lodge your 2021 enrolment paperwork as soon as possible, regardless of which primary school is being attended.
Students not attending Jindalee, Jamboree Heights, Darra or Middle Park State Schools in 2020 who wish to enrol at Centenary SHS must also schedule an enrolment interview through our office.
Parents/Carers must fully complete all sections of the 2021 Enrolment Application and the 2021 Enrolment Agreements and return them to the school office via mail or in person.

Optional Extras Specialised Programs at Centenary State High School
Students have the opportunity to enrol in Centenary SHS’s Optional Programs. All optional specialised programs are subject to availability. They include the following programs.

Additional Information for Parents/Carers to Retain
Parents/Carers will need to familiarise themselves with our School Uniform Policy and the Student Resource Scheme. For further information regarding the Student Resource Scheme please review the information found on the Resource Scheme page.
School newsletters are emailed to parents/carers and each family will need to subscribe to this newsletter. The Information for Parents and Carers booklet provides further details on this.
The Centenary SHS P&C provides a Uniform Shop. All students whose applications have been accepted must purchase a school uniform before commencing at Centenary State High School.
Please complete a P&C Uniform Order form contained in the P&C Information Pack.
