3. Students who reside out of catchment

 

Students who attend a local State Primary School but reside outside of Catchment

The Principal will make a decision on enrolment with correct enrolment documentation.  An interview may be required. 

Students From Outside Of Catchment

Students requesting potential enrolment who reside outside of these areas are invited to complete an Application for Enrolment Consideration Out of Catchment. For any questions, please contact the school office via email at admin@centenaryshs.eq.edu.au.
Interviews are required for all students who live out of catchment and do not attend a local State Primary School. 

Documentation required for Out of Catchment enrolments:

Proof of Residency

Current proof of residency at the address indicated can be provided by way of one of each of the following:

•    One primary source - a current lease agreement, unconditional sale agreement
                                                     OR
•    One secondary source - a utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas) or a rates notice showing this same address and parent/carer's name.

Enrolment Interviews

Interviews can be booked through the school office on 07 3373 4555, during business hours.  The interview will be about 20 - 30 minutes duration, is student focused, and aimed at sharing information so that the school can best cater for the needs of your student.
